Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

Zerobeat provides software and tools for point-of-sale operations, payment processing integrations, transaction management, reporting, and related services.

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

Zerobeat facilitates payment processing through third-party providers. Zerobeat does not store full payment card data.

• All payment processing is subject to third-party terms
• Zerobeat does not control payment authorization or settlement timing
• You are responsible for all transactions processed through your account

If you use Zerobeat as a business (“Merchant”), you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and payment regulations
• Provide accurate transaction and pricing information
• Handle all customer disputes, refunds, and chargebacks
• Maintain proper tax reporting and compliance

You acknowledge and agree:

• You are solely responsible for all transactions processed through the Services
• Zerobeat is not liable for failed, declined, or disputed transactions
• Zerobeat is not responsible for fraud, chargebacks, or payment reversals

The Services may allow offline transaction processing. You acknowledge that:

• Offline transactions may not be successfully processed
• You assume all risk for transactions conducted offline
• Zerobeat is not liable for losses resulting from offline transactions

Zerobeat may charge fees for use of the Services. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with system integrity or security
• Misuse or improperly access customer data

The Services may integrate with third-party providers. Zerobeat is not responsible for third-party services.

The Services include an optional texted-receipt feature that allows customers (“Guests”) of a Merchant to receive a receipt by SMS after completing a purchase. By using or enabling this feature, you and your Guests agree to the following.

• Opt-in.A Guest initiates the SMS by tapping “Text Receipt” on the customer-facing device and voluntarily entering a phone number. Submission of the number, together with the on-screen consent language, constitutes the Guest’s express consent to receive a one-time transactional message from Zerobeat related to the completed purchase.
• Transactional only. Messages are limited to the requested receipt. Zerobeat does not send marketing, promotional, or recurring messages through this program.
• Message frequency. One message per transaction.
• Carrier rates.Message and data rates may apply. Delivery is subject to the recipient’s carrier and coverage.
• Opt-out and help. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@zerobeat.io. Opt-outs are honored, and a subsequent opt-in is required before further messages can be sent to the same number.
• Eligibility. By submitting a phone number, the Guest represents that they are the owner or authorized user of that number and are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
• No sharing. Zerobeat does not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties for any purpose unrelated to message delivery. Numbers are shared only with our telecom/SMS provider to deliver the requested receipt.
• Merchant responsibility. If you are a Merchant, you agree not to modify the consent language, disable opt-out handling, or use the SMS feature to send any content that is not a transactional receipt for a completed purchase.

Zerobeat retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for violation of these Terms.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zerobeat shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Payment processing failures or delays

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zerobeat from any claims arising from your use of the Services, including disputes with customers.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
